In 1993, my family, a few friends and I moved into a three-story restored historical home we called Sun Manor Sanctuary or just Sanctuary. Located in the Westmoreland Historical District of Houston, it was a spiritually inspired idea I channeled to create a halfway house for the spiritually awakening.
It was intended to demonstrate prosperity, generosity and spiritually aware living for the Aquarian Age.
The experience taught us new ways to live as spiritual beings in physical bodies. We developed community, friendship, loving relationships and spiritual life classes using our collective divine connections. All those who were drawn to the house were healing, learning lessons, gaining clarity about their spiritual gifts and clearing old programming. They were also contributing their gifts and talents to the household to help support it and to support those who were just waking up to a life beyond the 3D physical realm.
It was and still remains one of the highlights of my life. So many wonderful, magical experiences took place in this beautiful environment for everyone who visited, that no one has ever forgotten it. It is legendary in the Houston metaphysical community, and more importantly, people grew exponentially in conscious exploration of the world in which we live and move and have our being. It set the tone for the rest of my life and continues to be a beacon of light for me and many friends.
We did not know, at the time, that we were helping create the structures for the manifestation of the Aquarian Age life.
We offered vegetarian education, sharing meals based on Solar Nutrition, cooked by Margaret Rustan-Dixon, with assistance from the other residents and visitors.
We shared energy with each other through multiple healing modalities and invited visiting practitioners to use the space to offer their skills and talents.
It was a magical place, and my whole life has become more magical for having lived there. Even though it was only one year, it was a lifetime of experiences.
Feel free to explore the wondrous stories as I write them from my point of view. When the stories are ready to be published as a book, this will serve to share the progress of the book and become a community for those who are still awakening, remembering and accepting their highest level of being.
